PS2 - Disassembly Instructions

Step 1: Remove 8 screw covers. Step 2: Carefully remove the cover as shown.
Step 3: Remove RESET/EJECT button. Step 4: Remove the 2 screws holding the memory card slot.
Step 5: Lift tab and remove the flex board from the tab as shown. Step 6: Remove the 2 screws holding the ON/OFF button and fan together.
Step 7: Carefully flip over PS2, remove the bottom cover and 4 screws. Step 8: Unplug and Remove the power supply.
Step 9: Unplug the fan. Step 10: Remove 1 screw, remove ON/OFF Switch, and Fan.
Step 11: Remove the Lexan power supply protector and the Cage cover as shown. Step 12: Remove these 9 screws.
Step 13: While holding down the metal cover pop-out the 3 tabs with a screw driver. Step 14: Finally, gently remove the metal cover and reveal the board
